Yeasayer is one of my favorite bands. Unfortunately, it took me awhile to realize that. I bought "All Hour Cymbols" in early 2008. I listened to it a few times, thought it was cool, then filed it away on the iPod. Recently, I purchased the fantastically done "Dark Was the Night (Red Hot Compilation)". With cuts from Dirty Projectors, Jose Gonzalez, Feist, Bon Iver, Arcade Fire, as well as Yeasayer (and many others), this album is an Indie kids wet dream. The Yeasayer contribution is by far my favorite. Below is a video of them performing "Tightrope" from that album.
